Step 1. Choose your party people

You are welcome to have up to 40 guests participating in the art.

We have a minimum of 4 tickets for events - if you have less guests, you are still welcome to hold your event, but you have to pay for at least 4 tickets to hire our artist, we hope you understand.

You’re welcome to set an estimated # of peeps and edit as the date draws nearer
(we know what it’s like to plan anything at all with a bunch of people what a pain THAT can be).

2. Choose the place & date

Let us know your ideal date and we will either book it in or work together to find an available alternative.

Sessions run for three hours so you can choose a 3-hour block that suits you.

There is a set pack-up + pack-down + travel fee that depends on location, from $100 flat rate.

Tickets are then $50 per head, with 10%, 15% or 20% off for groups of 10, 15 or 20 or more (respectively) :)

3. Choose the painting

Choose your favourite piece out of our selection of artworks - we help you out by labelling their difficulty and estimated length of art-making time.

OR you can discuss with us how we can tailor-make a piece just for you and your crew!
You give us your ideas, as general or specific as you desire, and we’ll paint it.
This acquires an additional cost of $60 for commissioning and having our artist physically paint the example piece.

4. Choose any extras

We offer the following extras (please indicate interest in the ‘comments’ section of our enquiry form) -

  • You are welcome to plan your own performer/guest… such as a male topless waiter, a drag queen, a bellydancer or your karaoke-ing aunt Suzy… but please let us know so we can be prepared and accomodate :)

  • Party lights - $40.

5. Prepare your chosen goods

You are welcome to consume any food and drink you want for the event.

We provide all art materials - apron, canvas, palette, paint, paint brushes, jars and towel.
